Shipping Orders

  • Orders are shipped via courier companies
  • As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a relevant confirmation email which also includes the waybill number with which you can track your order
  • Orders are processed, shipped and delivered during business days and hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Saturday shipping is available upon selection and if it is provided as a service for the country of destination

Shipping Methods

To receive your order, you have the possibility to choose between special shipping/receiving options based on your personal needs and based on the available options per country. The options we provide are the following:

  • Pick up from the store: you can pick up your order yourself from our store Pl. Kanaria (Karaiskaki), Ilioupoli 163 45 on working days and hours and if prior telephone or electronic consultation has been made.
  • Courier with estimated delivery cost (basic shipping service): we can send your order to you with one of our partner courier companies.

Shipping Cost

Our shipments are made as follows:

In Greece
    • Attica
      • Charge €3.80 up to 2 kg weight through one of the cooperating courier companies, on working days and hours and €1.24 / kg over 2 kg.
    • Insular areas
      • Charge €4.30 up to 2 kg weight through one of the cooperating courier companies, on working days and hours and €1.24 / kg over 2 kg.
    • Other areas
      • Charge €4.00 up to 2 kg weight through one of the cooperating courier companies, on working days and hours and €1.24 / kg over 2 kg.
    • Hard to reach
      • For hard-to-reach areas, because they change depending on the cooperating courier companies, there is a case of extra charge which will be communicated to you

In Cyprus
  • With basic shipping service
    • Charge €19.00 up to 2 kg weight through one of the cooperating courier companies, on working days and hours and €5.60 / kg over 2 kg.

Each product page shows its estimated delivery time according to the above parameters.

Deliveries are made:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9.00 - 17.00

Delivery Failed

  • In the event that your order arrives and the courier company cannot find someone to deliver the package, then they will make another 2-3 attempts by leaving a notice at the delivery address or sending you an SMS so that you can contact them.

  • Your parcel will remain at the eta Distribution Center courier for 7 - 10 days from the day of shipment.
  • If you do not contact us and 7-10 days have passed since the courier company first contacted you, the product is automatically returned to us.
  • Once the order is returned to us, we will contact you to re-arrange shipping.
  • In the event that the order is returned and the payment has been made by cash on delivery, in order to resend the order it will have to be prepaid.
  • If the unsuccessful delivery of the order is due to us, we undertake to resend the order at our expense.
  • If the unsuccessful delivery of the order is due to any error or omission in the delivery and contact details you provided, then the cost of the second shipment is borne by you.

Force Majeure

If your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) we will contact you using the information you have provided when submitting your order in order to agree on the completion of the order.

To track the status of your order you can:

  • log in to your Account and see what stage it is in or
  • use the waybill number that you can find in your order information and by going to the "Shipment Search" (Link) you will be informed exactly where your package is
