When can I return a product?

You can return a product if:

  • Change your mind

Which conditions need to be met for me to be entitled to a refund?

In order to be able to accept the return of the product, it is necessary:

  • The product must be returned in its original shipping packaging (carrying box) as well as with all shipping protection (bubble wrap, etc.).
  • The product must be intact, i.e. it has not been worn / used beyond the test and it has not been dirty / hit.
  • That the product's special markings have not been removed, e.g. protectors, tags, labels, etc.
  • That the product has not been modified, e.g. removing part of the bracelet from the watches or any other type of modification to the jewelry
  • The packaging has not been damaged.
  • To be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice
  • To be accompanied by all original documents with which it was sent (warranty, instructions for use)
  • Complete and submit the return declaration form

If the above conditions are not met or we receive returns outside of our policy terms, returns will not be accepted.

What about defective products?

In this case you are entitled to:

  • the repair of the product by us without any additional charge on your part
  • its replacement unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs. The replacement is carried out after checking and confirming the defect either by us, or by the corresponding official agency or the manufacturer
  • the reduction of the sale price in relation to the defect
  • withdrawal from the market unless it is an insignificant factual defect

In the case of defective jewelry:

We undertake the complete and free repair or replacement of your jewelery in the rare event that a manufacturing defect is found.

In the event of a defective watch:

The sole responsibility for these lies with the suppliers, official representatives and manufacturers who deliver the products to the company packaged. The company undertakes to manage the entire process of product repair, receipt and transport to and from the respective agency / manufacturer / supplier in accordance with the warranty conditions of the respective company. In this case and as long as the products are within the time period defined by the applicable legislation or the respective company as the warranty period, the shipping costs are assumed by our company, otherwise the a is undertaken by the customer.

In the event of a defective accessory:

We undertake the full and free repair or replacement of your accessory within the period of 6 months from its delivery. The repair or replacement is carried out after inspection and confirmation of the defect either by us, or by the respective official agency or the manufacturer.
If the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product after consultation or credit or withdrawal from the market.

Note: The Mikelidis jewelry store is not responsible for any damages and wear of the products after their use or due to incorrect use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace them. In this case, the cost of repair and any transport is assumed by the customer.

What else do I need to know about returns?

You are responsible for returned products until they reach us. Make sure they are properly packed and that they cannot be damaged during transport. The Mikelidis jewelry store bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during the return transport.

In the event that the product is returned by the customer damaged or incomplete, Mikelidis jewelry store has the right to:

  • Request compensation from the customer. The amount of compensation is defined based on the condition of the products

How do I return a product?

Does the right of return apply to all products?

The right of return applies to all products except:

  • Products that are "Available on order"
  • Products that have been converted (eg resized)
  • Products not in our catalog
  • Seasonal items (charms).
  • Products that are on sale throughout the year are only exchanged for products of the same category
  • Watch straps that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The only time a watch band can be returned to our store is if the product you received is faulty. See above for defective products
  • During a sale period, sale items can only be exchanged for other sale items and within the offer period
  • If the product is changed during the sales and if it is not defective, it will be valued at the current, i.e., discounted price
